Job summary

TC Restaurant Group is seeking a Line Cook to prepare ingredients, season and plate entrees, and keep stations clean and safe for service in our Nashville area kitchen.

You will assist Chefs, operate fryers, grills and ovens, and ensure food meets quality, timing, and presentation standards while maintaining high sanitation. Evening and weekend shifts may be required. E-Verify participation is part of employment.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience as fry, grill, or line cook.
• Experience as pantry or prep cook in a full-service restaurant.
• Experience with fresh products preferred.
• Ability to understand and communicate in English.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Must be able to stand for up to eight hours.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, season, cook, and plate entrees to quality, presentation, and timing standards.
• Maintain fryers, grills, ovens, and other cooking equipment.
• Support chefs and cooks on prep and line stations.
• Ensure sanitation, safety, and health protocols are followed.
• Restock pantry items, condiments, and supplies as needed.
• Close out stations and assist with kitchen cleanliness.

Education

2-3 years experience as fry, grill, or line cook

Pantry or prep cook in full service restaurant

Experience with fresh products

Ability to communicate in English

Lift at least 50 pounds

Stand for up to eight hours
