Job summary

TC Restaurant Group is seeking a Line Cook to prepare ingredients, maintain stations, and keep the kitchen clean and safe. You will prep food for frying, sautéing, and grilling, and ensure standards of quality and presentation are met.

The ideal candidate shows reliability, punctuality, and supports fellow staff, while following all sanitary and safety protocols per company policies. This role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years as fry, grill, or line cook preferred.
• Experience as pantry/prep cook in a full-service restaurant preferred.
• Experience with fresh products preferred.
• Ability to access and use business apps (email, chat/text).
• Must lift and handle up to 50 pounds and stand up to 8 hours.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and plate entrees with quality and timing.
• Maintain sanitation and safety across the kitchen.
• Assist chefs with meat cutting and station prep.
• Rotate pantry items and check par levels.
• Communicate with broiler cook to ensure timely service.
• Close stations and assist in kitchen cleanup.
