Job summary

Qualifications

• CA Food Handlers Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food according to recipe and restaurant specifications in a timely and efficient manner.
• Set up station and prep lists; maintain sanitation and safety.
• Follow SOPs and assist with opening/closing duties.
• Avoid cross-contamination and allergen safety.
• Communicate with kitchen staff and front-of-house for timing.
• Help with stocking, cleaning, and shift changeover.
• Attend required trainings and meetings.
