Prismhr Hire in Las Vegas is seeking a dependable Line Cook to prepare food to exact chef specifications and set up stations for the menu. You will assist the Kitchen Manager with daily tasks and contribute to customer satisfaction and acquisition goals.

Responsibilities include following standardized recipes, handling various cooking methods, and ensuring high-quality, timely food preparation while maintaining health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proven cooking experience in restaurants (line cook/prep cook).
• Knowledge of diverse cooking methods, ingredients and equipment.
• Ability to use knives, slicers, fryers and maintain equipment.
• Maintain accuracy and speed in completing tasks.
• Familiar with industry best practices and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies.
• Prepare food for service and assist with sauces and chopping.
• Cook menu items in cooperation with kitchen staff.
• Stock inventory and report shortages as needed.
• Follow executive/sous chef instructions.
