Sandfish in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an experienced Line Cook with a passion for culinary adventures. Join our team to deliver high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment and help maintain our standards of perfection.

Responsibilities include setting up stations, preparing ingredients, cooking to Chef's specifications, garnishing dishes, and keeping a clean, organized workspace. A culinary school diploma is preferred but not required. Experience in high-volume service is a plus.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of Line Cook experience in a high-paced, high-volume setting.
• Culinary school diploma preferred.
• Knowledge of cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures.
• Familiar with industry best practices.
• Accurate and fast execution of tasks.
• Attention to detail.
• Team player.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.
• Prepare food for service, including chopping vegetables and sauces.
• Cook meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, dairy and other items using appropriate equipment.
• Ensure items are cooked to Chef's and guests' specifications.
• Garnish dishes properly.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work station during and after service.
• Stock inventory and manage supplies.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure timely and high-quality service.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
