Qualifications

• 6+ months of Line Cook and/or Prep Cook experience
• 18+ years of age; Food Handlers Certification as required
• Comply with the company uniform standards
• Always be ready to create a memorable guest experience
• Teamwork is a must
• Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
• Effective communication with Management, Team Members, and Guests

Responsibilities

• Upholding cleanliness and safety standards
• Prepping and cooking all menu items according to recipes standards
• Minimizing food waste by proper portions, avoiding ticket errors, and coordinating with expo
• Partnering with the service team to ensure food is accurate and delivered on time
• Adhering to all health and safety procedures
• Operating kitchen equipment properly and safely
• Maintaining a clean and stocked station before, during and after each shift
• Performing opening, mid-day or closing duties as assigned
