Tailor Shop is seeking an experienced Line Cook with a passion for hospitality in Palm Springs, CA. You will set up stations, prep ingredients, and cook to the chef's specifications, ensuring quality and timely service. The role requires speed, accuracy, and a strong team approach in a fast-paced environment.

You'll work with a range of equipment and maintain a clean workstation, stock inventory, and follow safety standards to deliver memorable dining experiences.

Qualifications

• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.
• Prepare food for service and execute cooking tasks.
• Prepare meats, seafood, vegetables, dairy and other items using knives, mixers, processors, and scales.
• Cook items using ovens, stoves, griddles and broilers as required.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation and ensure timely service.
• Stock inventory and follow safety standards.
