Pine Mountain Ski & Golf Resort in Michigan's Upper Peninsula seeks an experienced line cook who prepares meals exactly to guest orders while following standard recipes. You will work across stations and must be proficient in poaching, braising, roasting, grilling, sautéing, and frying, while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in kitchen safety and food storage best practices.
• Strong work ethic with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate professional demeanor with visitors, vendors, and staff.
• Cook food orders at stations following established recipes and presentation standards.
• Ensure meat, vegetables, fruits, and dairy meet quality and storage standards; manage waste correctly.
• Maintain clean and sanitary workstations, countertops, utensils, equipment, and refrigeration.
• Assemble and stock food stations for each shift.
