Kiowa Casino Group in Devol, OK is seeking a Line Cook to join our culinary team. You will prepare meals by following recipes, assemble ingredients, and ensure consistent plating while maintaining a clean, safe kitchen.

Under the supervision of the Sous Chef, you will assist with inventory, receive and inspect supplies, and help manage portions and food costs. This fast-paced role requires reliability, good verbal communication, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year cooking experience preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent reading of menus and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks professionally.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food according to recipes provided by the Sous Chef.
• Engage in preparing and cooking meats, sauces, vegetables, soups, and other foods.
• Cut, trim, and bone meats and poultry for cooking.
• Portion cooked foods and give instructions on portions and garnishing.
• Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation policies and procedures.
