Grand Casino Hotel & Resort in Shawnee, OK is hiring a Line Cook/Prep Cook to prepare a variety of foods, follow the Daily Prep List, and serve efficiently. You will work at line stations, apply multiple cooking methods, and ensure accurate portioning and timely plating.

Qualifications

• Public Health hand-washing techniques knowledge.
• Know safe internal temperatures for various foods.
• Follow standard portion sizes and cooking methods.
• Know how to present dishes and garnish.
• Use broiling, grilling, frying, sautéing, boiling, steaming as needed.
• Follow OSHA safety guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Complete opening and closing checklists.
• Refer to Daily Prep List at shift start.
• Ensure high quality of products served.
• Stock lines to ensure smooth service.
• Prepare items for broiling, grilling, frying, or sautéing.
• Maintain clean and sanitary work stations.
