Responsibilities

• Station Readiness: Handle, store, and rotate food properly to ensure freshness and safety.
• Consistent Execution: Follow recipes, portion guidelines, and plating specifications set by Home Team.
• Clean & Organized Workstation: Maintain a sanitary and efficient workspace throughout prep and service.
• Backup & Prep Duties: AM backup, PM backup, AM/PM prep, and AM/PM line cook duties to prepare and assemble menu items.
