The position focuses on proper prep, portion control, and consistent plating, with responsibilities including station setup, cross-functional support, and ongoing cleanliness.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Line Cook or similar role.
• Ability to read and follow recipes written in English.
• English and Spanish language skills preferred for communication.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and plate all menu items per recipes and specifications.
• Maintain sanitary work areas and proper food handling at all times.
• Set up and organize station for efficient service.
• Assist in daily prep and cleaning tasks as assigned by management.
