Job summary

Flagship Restaurant Group is seeking a line cook in Lincoln, NE. The role involves preparing and cooking menu items to quality standards, setting up stations, and maintaining sanitation. You will work with a team to ensure timely service and consistent presentation across all dishes.

Must be able to stand and lift up to 50 pounds, with training provided where needed. Weekend availability is preferred, and compensation is $18–$19 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items to meet quality and presentation standards.
• Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies for the shift.
• Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are followed, including proper handling, storage, and disposal of food.
• Assist in inventory management, including rotating stock and notifying management of any low inventory items.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all areas are sanitary.
• Work closely with other kitchen staff and team members to ensure smooth operations and timely food service.
