• Able and willing to work part-time schedule, 24-30 hours per week including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Apply culinary techniques and maintain knowledge of menu items.
• Safely use kitchen equipment and restock supplies as needed.
• Label and date products to ensure safekeeping and sanitation.
• Focus on plate presentation and assist with service execution.
• Prepare base sauces, stocks, and soups as required.
