Qualifications

• 1+ years of prior experience as a cook is preferred.
• Ability to work part-time hours, variable shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Formal culinary training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain thorough knowledge of food products, menu items and culinary techniques.
• Safely operate kitchen equipment and assist in the execution of service.
• Restock kitchen supplies with proper labeling and dating for sanitation.
• Focus on plate presentation and preparation of base sauces, stocks, and soups.
• Collaborate as part of a team to meet guest needs and inquiries.
