Job summary

Berkshire East Ski Resort in Massachusetts is seeking a kitchen team member to prepare and cook short order foods under standard recipes. The role offers competitive pay and mountain benefits.

You will work with food service staff, uphold sanitation and portion controls, and help plan production for busy meal periods while keeping all areas clean. Shift hours may include late afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays; applicants must be 18 or older and ready to work outdoors in a mountain

Qualifications

• Skilled in providing outstanding customer service.
• Able to prioritize duties and manage time effectively.
• Prior training or experience in food service industry required.
• Experience with deep fryer, grill, meat slicer, smoker, stove & oven.
• Serv-Safe and Food Allergens certifications preferred.
• High energy and stamina required.
