Telluride Ski & Golf in MA is seeking a kitchen team member to prepare and cook short order foods and contribute to quick, quality service.

You will work with food service staff to follow company recipes, ensure proper portioning, and maintain cleanliness while delivering friendly guest experiences. Shift may include late afternoons and weekends; prior food service experience is preferred; Serv-Safe and allergens certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Prior training or experience in food service preferred.
• Experience with deep fryer, grill, meat slicer, smoker, stove & oven.
• Serv-Safe and Food Allergens certifications preferred.
• High energy and stamina.
• Able to identify and perform other tasks during non-busy times.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and cook short order foods.
• Promote positive interaction with outside dining guests.
• Follow standard company recipes and menus.
• Adhere to food portioning standards.
• Ensure availability of supplies and maintain order lists.
• Plan food production to coordinate with busy meal serving hours.
• Keep kitchen and storage areas neat and clean at all times.
• Report any equipment repair or maintenance needed to manager.
• Complete food temperature checks before service.
• Comply with sanitation and health standards.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by manager.
