Craft Tampa, a 121-foot European-inspired dining vessel docked at Sparkman Wharf, offers an elevated brunch and dinner experience. We are seeking a dependable Line Cook to join our fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen aboard the vessel.

You will prepare menu items according to recipes, maintain your station, and support the culinary team with high-quality, consistent plating under open-kitchen visibility.

Qualifications

• Previous line cook, restaurant, or commercial kitchen experience preferred.
• Ability to follow recipes, portion standards, and direction from culinary leadership.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation.
• Prepare and execute menu items according to recipes and standards.
• Set up and maintain your station before, during, and after service.
• Work with the Kitchen Manager and culinary team to ensure quality.
• Assist teammates during high-volume service to keep the kitchen running smoothly.
• Follow proper portioning, plating, and presentation standards.
