Job summary

Manthey Hospitality is hiring Line Cooks for Yacht StarShip in Downtown Tampa. You will join a dynamic back-of-house team on the water, preparing dishes that meet strict recipes and presentation standards.

As a Line Cook, you will support dishwashing, sanitation, and overall kitchen efficiency while ensuring guest satisfaction aboard Tampa Bay’s premier dining yachts. Abilities to work evenings, weekends, and holidays are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of culinary experience.
• Ability to follow recipes and maintain standards.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Safe food handling certification required or able to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and specifications.
• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.
• Ensure that food is cooked and plated to the highest standards of quality.
• Comply with all food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages to the head chef.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food preparation.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
