Craft Tampa, a Manthey Hospitality vessel berthed at Sparkman Wharf, is seeking a Line Cook to join our waterfront dining team. You’ll work in an open-kitchen setting aboard a European-inspired vessel, focusing on quality and presentation.

Qualifications

• Previous line cook, restaurant, or commercial kitchen experience preferred.
• Ability to follow recipes, portion standards, and direction from culinary leadership.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards.
• Set up and maintain your assigned station before, during, and after service.
• Complete daily prep and ensure your station is stocked for service.
• Cook menu items accurately and efficiently while maintaining proper timing.
• Work closely with the Kitchen Manager and other culinary team members.
• Assist teammates during high-volume service to keep the kitchen running smoothly.
• Follow proper portioning, plating, and presentation standards.
• Assist with opening, closing, cleaning, and kitchen maintenance responsibilities.
