Job summary

Manthey Hospitality in Tampa, FL is seeking a Line Cook for Yacht StarShip, downtown waterfront dining aboard Tampa Bay's premier dining yachts. As a Line Cook, you will prepare and plate menu items from established recipes, maintain kitchen sanitation, and support dishwashing operations to ensure a safe, efficient back-of-house.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of culinary experience.
• Ability to follow recipes with precision.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations; certification preferred.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and specifications.
