Amsterdam Cafe in Auburn, AL is seeking a skilled Line Cook to support daily food preparation and maintain station cleanliness in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

You will coordinate with the Sous Chef, ensure quality control on your station, and help deliver consistently high-quality dishes. Prior kitchen experience and the ability to work under pressure are valued.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen, similar style restaurant preferred
• Positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure

We are a high volume, local restaurant that serves high quality food in a casual atmosphere and strive to provide excellent food & service to all that enter our doors.

The Line Cook is responsible for daily food preparation for the assigned station, keeping up with needed prep and cleanliness of area throughout the shift.

Coordinate daily tasks with Sous Chef

Responsible for supporting Head & Sous Chefs delivering consistent-high quality food
