Job summary

Marriott International is seeking a Line Cook to join our team in Florida. The role requires setting up the station, preparing items per recipes, and maintaining sanitation and organization throughout the shift.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Sets up the station in time for service according to restaurant guidelines.
• Prepares all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner.
• Follows recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the chef or restaurant.
• Restocks all items as needed and takes inventory after service.
• Cleans and maintains stations with safety and sanitation in mind.
• Operates and maintains equipment in the station.
• Assists with cleaning, sanitation and organization of kitchen, walk-in coolers, and storage areas.
• Performs additional tasks as requested by the Chef and Sous Chef.

Responsibilities:

• Sets up the station in time for service according to restaurant guidelines
• Prepares all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner

• Cleans and maintains stations in practicing good safety, sanitation, organizational skills
• Has understanding and knowledge to properly use and maintain all equipment in the station

• Performs additional responsibilities, although not detailed, as requested by the Chef, and Sous Chef at any time
