Job summary

Torchy’s is hiring a Line Cook to operate Fry, Grill, Sauté, Steam and Taco stations in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen. You will cook to Torchy’s standards, prep ingredients, and help ensure every taco meets our Damn Good quality.

Experience is preferred; you must meet state/local Food Handler certifications. Flexible schedules, pooled tips, and benefits after required employment periods are offered, along with PTO and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Must meet state and local requirements for Food Handler’s certification.
• Previous experience preferred.
• Open to varied work schedules based on restaurant needs.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prep across grill, fry, sauté, steam stations and assemble tacos.
• Monitor quality and presentation to meet Damn Good standards.
• Maintain clean, organized workstation and safe food handling.
• Collaborate with BOH teammates to ensure timely, correct prep during service.
• Assist with inventory and keeping kitchen stocked for service.
