Job summary

Torchy’s Tacos in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Line Cook – Fry, Grill, Sauté, Steam, Taco. You will work across fry, grill, sauté and steam stations and assemble tacos to order in a fast-paced kitchen.

You’ll follow Torchy’s recipes, maintain food safety, collaborate with BOH teammates, manage prep and inventory, and stay efficient during rushes. Prior experience preferred; local certifications may apply.

Qualifications

• Line cooks operate fry, grill, sauté, and steam stations according to Torchy's recipes and standards.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Must be able to stand for several hours and lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prep ingredients across fry, grill, sauté, and steam stations.
• Quality control of dish appearance and presentation before serving.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation.
• Collaborate with BOH team to ensure timely, correct food preparation.
• Assist with inventory and stocking of ingredients for service.
