Torchy’s Tacos in Round Rock, TX is seeking a Line Cook – Fry, Grill, Sauté, Steam, Taco to join our high-volume kitchen. You will master the fry, grill, sauté, and steam stations and assemble tacos to order, delivering our Damn Good standards to guests.

Responsibilities include cooking, quality control, cleanliness, teamwork, and inventory support, with flexible schedules and growth opportunities at a popular, expanding brand.

Qualifications

• Must meet state and local requirements for Food Handler’s certification.
• Previous kitchen experience preferred.
• Able to stand for several hours and handle fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prep ingredients on fry, grill, sauté, and steam stations per Torchy’s recipes.
• Quality control to ensure dishes meet Damn Good standards before serving.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation with proper food-safety practices.
• Collaborate with BOH teammates to ensure timely, correct prep.
• Assist with inventory and station setup before and during service.
• Work efficiently during busy periods while preserving flavor and presentation.
