Qualifikationen

• Must meet state/local Food Handler’s certification requirements.
• Certification(s) must be obtained by the first day or per location rules.
• Previous kitchen experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Cooking & prep across fry, grill, sauté, and steam stations according to Torchy’s recipes.
• Quality control of dish presentation to meet Damn Good standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation.
• Collaborate with BOH teammates to ensure timely, correct food preparation.
• Assist with stock and organization of ingredients for service.
• Operate with urgency during busy periods while preserving quality.
