Job summary

RainDance Resort is seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook for The Grainhouse, located in Windsor, Colorado. This part-time position involves preparing food items, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and ensuring adherence to safety and sanitation standards.

The ideal candidate should have experience working in a full-service dining restaurant, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to professionalism in a fast-paced environment. A Food Handler’s Card or ServSafe Certification is required.

Qualifications

• One year of experience as a cook in a full-service dining restaurant.
• Food Handler’s Card or ServSafe Certification.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all food items correctly in a timely fashion.
• Maintain cleanliness & sanitation of kitchen according to Public Health guidelines.
• Assist in organization and sanitation of main kitchen, including walk-in coolers and freezers.
