A Level 4 Gaming License is required, with ServSafe certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills.
• ServSafe certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Level 4 Gaming License required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, seasons, finishes, and garnishes dishes according to recipes.
• Maintains refrigeration and dry storage and rotates products.
• Keeps stations clean and properly covered and stored.
• Follows recipes, specs, and control procedures.
• Supports guest requests and runs one or more stations.
