Job summary

Ski Utah is seeking a motivated cook to join our on-site Food & Beverage team at the resort. In this role you will prep, cook and plate menu items, operate kitchen equipment, and ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met while delivering a friendly guest experience.

You will work closely with the Chef de Cuisine and Sous Chef, follow recipes and station guides, and support daily kitchen operations with flexibility to cover shifts including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Must be able to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Stand for extended periods and work in indoor/outdoor kitchen environments.
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and plate menu items in a high-volume kitchen.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow recipes, station pars, and sanitation procedures per health codes.
• Interact with guests by taking orders and delivering food items in a courteous manner.
