Responsibilities

• Under supervision of the chef, perform pre-prep and prep for items on the menu.
• Ensure proper receiving, storage and rotation of food products.
• Maintain clean and sanitary work station and keep coolers organized for shift change.
• Prepare and plate items according to recipes and presentation standards.
• Support with other kitchen tasks as requested by executives chefs or sous chefs.
