True Food Kitchen in Las Vegas is seeking a skilled Line Cook to join a fast-paced kitchen. You will prep, cook, and plate across stations such as Pantry, Pastry, Pizza, Wok, Sauté, or Grill with experience on multiple stations a plus.

We value knife skills, recipe execution, and a passion for quality presentation. Shifts include AM/PM, with part-time opportunities up to 40 hours per person, and benefits like health care options, pet insurance, and dining discounts.

Qualifications

• 6+ months in a high-volume restaurant (preferred).
• Exceptional knife skills and recipe execution.
• Passion for great food and quality presentation.
• Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Teamwork, speed, and organization under pressure.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare starters, entrées, pizzas, and more.
• Follow portions, recipes, and quality standards.
• Keep station clean, stocked, and organized.
• Assist with prep, opening/closing, and smooth operations.
• Operate ovens, stoves, grills and other equipment.
• Prepare ingredients by portioning, chopping, weighing, and mixing.
• Wash and disinfect kitchen and tools.
