You’ll own the station, keep on top of supplies, follow safety procedures, and help with washing up and other duties as required. Flexible night, weekend and holiday shifts are part of the role.

Qualifikationen

• Lifting up to 50lbs (23 kg) may be required.
• Reading, writing and basic maths skills are needed.
• Flexibility for night, weekend and holiday shifts.
• Compliance with local food handling and alcohol-serving rules and language fluency.
• Strong communication and personable guest interaction.

• Make each meal a feast for the eyes and treat for the taste buds.
• Own your kitchen – keep on top of supplies and equipment, and minimise waste.
• Tell supervisor or duty manager about unsafe equipment, low supplies or safety incidents.
• Follow safety procedures and wear protective equipment.
• Meet cleanliness and hygiene laws; maintain a clean workspace.
• Help washing up and other kitchen duties when needed.
• Assist guests with queries or advice to improve their experience.
• Wear uniform with pride.
• Take on ad-hoc duties when the team needs to pull together.
