You will prepare elevated dishes for multiple venues, including Baleen and the Members-Only Beach Club Dining Room, ensuring high-quality service for guests and club members.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Line Cook or Banquet Cook.
• Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Passion for hospitality and guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Set up workstations with required tools, equipment, and supplies.
• Maintain sanitation, safety, and health regulations.
• Review production schedules and par levels for prep.
• Transport supplies and stock designated workstations.
• Prepare menu items for daily operations.
• Maintain knowledge of menu offerings and specials.
• Ensure organization and sanitation of all work areas and kitchen equipment.
• Support banquet events and employee dining as needed.
