Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in high-volume luxury hotel, resort or banquet operations.
- Technical culinary education or apprenticeship; Culinary Arts certificate preferred.
- Food service permit or valid health/food certification.
- Experience with various cooking methods.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Club Kitchen team and oversee daily BOH operations.
- Manage daily Club Kitchen operations and food preparation.
- Review schedules, assignments and anticipated business levels with Club Executive Chef.
- Develop new menu items and recipes; adapt dishes to guest needs.
- Ensure health and safety regulations and proper food hygiene practices.
