The Westin Dallas Stonebriar Golf Resort & Spa in Frisco, part of HEI Hotels and Resorts, seeks a line cook to join our culinary team. You will prepare food to standard recipes, coordinate with servers, and ensure quality and safety in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Hotel kitchen experience preferred.
• Ability to operate food machinery safely and efficiently.
• Strong communication with servers and supervisors.

Responsabilités

• Prepare food of consistent quality following recipes and standards.
• Rotate perishables and manage stock levels.
• Maintain clean and safe workstations and operate kitchen equipment.
• Assist in setting up plans to control food cost and waste.
• Follow attendance rules and be available to work regularly.
