Westin Dallas Stonebriar in Frisco, TX seeks a dedicated kitchen prep team member to ensure consistent, quality food production. You will follow recipes, start ahead of time, date and rotate perishables, and help keep buffet and stations properly stocked.

Strong dexterity and the ability to lift up to 100 lbs are required, along with solid communication to coordinate with servers and supervisors. This role offers full-time hours and on-site work.

Formación

• Hotel/food service experience preferred.
• Dexterity to operate food machinery with or without accommodation.
• Able to grasp, lift and carry up to 100 lbs on a continuous schedule.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare food of consistent quality following recipes and standards.
• Start items prepared ahead of time and manage portions.
• Date and rotate perishables; check stock and prep accordingly.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and safety per standards.
• Assist in controlling food costs and waste; perform other duties as assigned.
