Responsibilities

• Prepare sushi items per guest orders following recipes and standards.
• Start prep for items prepared ahead; avoid overproduction.
• Operate and clean kitchen equipment including fryer, broiler, stove, steamer, and more.
• Date and rotate perishables; check pars; note shortages and store unused items.
