• Follow recipes and directions from culinary supervisors and chefs to ensure consistent quality.
• Maintain cleanliness of the service line, equipment, and all work areas; monitor temperatures for hot and cold holding.
• Support kitchen operations by performing any reasonable task assigned by leads or managers.
• Foster positive relationships with team members and promote teamwork.
