Renaissance Birmingham Ross Bridge is seeking a dedicated Line Cook to join our on-site culinary team in Birmingham, AL. You’ll prepare and cook a variety of dishes, following recipes and directions from our chefs, while learning and growing in a fast-paced hotel kitchen.

You will work across restaurant, pastry, or banquet stations, contributing to daily dining and special events. The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, clean practices, and consistent quality in a dynamic hospitality environment.

• Prepare and cook a variety of menu items according to recipes and directions from chefs.
• Create high-quality dishes with attention to flavor, presentation, portion size and consistency.
• Follow recipes and production standards to ensure dishes meet culinary expectations.
• Maintain organization and efficiency at assigned station during service.
• Plate and present dishes according to presentation standards.
• Assist with food preparation for restaurants, banquets, and other outlets as needed.
• Ensure kitchen is clean, safe, and well stocked for each shift.
