Copper Cellar & Cappuccino's in West Knoxville is seeking cooks of all experience levels to join our traditional kitchen team. You will prepare and cook menu items, work across stations such as Grill, Sauté, Fry, Salad, Window, and Prep, and collaborate with a strong kitchen team to ensure quality and consistency.

We welcome both experienced cooks and those eager to learn, offering growth within a long-standing Knoxville favorite.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work across multiple kitchen stations.
• Previous line or restaurant kitchen experience preferred but not required.
• Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Strong teamwork and reliability.
• Basic math for measurements and conversions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and specifications.
• Work stations including Grill, Sauté, Fry, Salad, Window, and Prep, depending on experience and training.
• Learn multiple kitchen stations and continue building your skills.
• Maintain proper food temperatures, quality, and presentation.
• Prep and assemble ingredients accurately and efficiently.
• Keep your station clean, organized, stocked, and ready for service.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and proper food-handling procedures.
• Learn new menu items, features, and specials as they are introduced.
• Communicate and work closely with the rest of the kitchen team.
• Help ensure kitchen equipment is operating safely and properly.
• Keep up in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and consistency.
