Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Stands 100% of shift and lifts up to 70 lbs.
• Ability to read a kitchen display monitor from 4 feet.
• Able to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Communicates effectively with manager and team to ensure guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Prepares a variety of foods with diverse methods of prep and adheres to recipes and plate presentation.
• Works in a fast-paced environment and handles multiple tasks within time frames.
• Uses the Kitchen Display System (KDS) to maintain service flow and proper stock.
• Adheres to safety and sanitation policies and maintains kitchen cleanliness.
• Ensures high quality, consistent products are delivered to guests and rotates stock to par.
• Breaks down and cleans stations at end of shift and communicates any issues to team.
