Smoky Mountain Brewery in Knoxville is seeking enthusiastic Cooks to join our kitchen team. You’ll prepare and cook menu items, stock your station, and help keep service moving during peak hours.

Qualifications

• Team player with positive attitude and humor.
• Reliable in fast-paced environments.
• Previous kitchen or line cook experience preferred.
• Able to follow recipes and specs precisely.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Familiar with digital scale and thermometer.
• Able to stand for long shifts and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items per recipes and standards.
• Set up and stock your station for service.
• Maintain temperatures, portions, and quality.
• Work quickly during busy shifts.
• Learn new menu items and kitchen procedures.
• Keep station clean, organized, sanitary.
