Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience as a Prep Cook or equivalent in a similar sized outlet.
• College degree preferred; High School Diploma and/or 2–3 years’ experience required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present a variety of hot and cold items as assigned.
• Setup, supervise and manage the line during production and break down.
• Control food cost through proper prep, storage, labeling and leftovers.
• Operate and maintain all kitchen equipment and keep work areas clean and safe.
• Maintain stock levels and communicate needs with management.
