Job summary

Hilton Garden Inn in Denver, CO is seeking a professional Line Cook to prepare food to exact chef specifications and to set up stations for the menu. The Line Cook will assist the executive and sous chef with daily tasks, playing a key role in customer satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities include stocking and setting up items, preparing sauces, cooking using grilling, frying, sautéing, and other methods, while maintaining cleanliness and keeping inventory logs.

Line Cook |Hilton Garden Inn – Denver, CO Pay: $22–$22.50 per hour

We are looking for a professional Line Cook to prepare food to the exact chef’s specifications and to set up stations for the menu. Line cook duties will consist of assisting the executive and sous chef with their daily tasks. The successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to our customer satisfaction and acquisition goals.

• Sets up and stocks food items and other necessary supplies.
• Prepares food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces.
• Cook food items by grilling, frying, sautéing, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and complies with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage.
• Cleans and sanitizes cooking surfaces at the end of the shift.
• Performs inventory checks and completes food storage logs.
