Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Participate in creating daily specials.
• Ensure station supplies and prep materials are ready for service.
• Complete storeroom requisitions for items needed.
• Maintain clean and operational kitchen equipment (ovens, grills, fryers).
• Check par levels and ensure line is ready for service.
• Communicate production progress to the chef.
• Adhere to HACCP documentation and sanitation logs.
• Ensure quality food and proper presentation.
• Prepare garnishes and side dishes for proper presentation.
• Organize server trays for correct delivery.
