The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of cooking experience, a culinary certificate, and strong English communication. You should be able to lift 50 lbs, multitask in a fast-paced environment, and collaborate with teammates and kitchen managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Culinary certificate required; advanced certificate preferred.
• Fluent English communication with guests and teammates.
• Knowledge of contemporary American cuisine and Pacific Northwest influences.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and stand for long periods.
• Must have basic computer skills and kitchen equipment knowledge.
