Job summary

Seneca Gaming Corporation is seeking a kitchen professional to support multiple stations, ensuring hot temperatures and safe handling of all products. You will assist in prep, labeling, and maintaining production sheets while delivering friendly service to guests.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Culinary education/experience preferred.
• Two years of intermediate cooking skills required.
• Previous customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Rotate between cooking stations and restaurants in hot temperature areas with specified garnish.
• Must command all stations: roast, fry, pasta, vegetable, grill, pantry, breakfast, sauté and high-volume cooking.
• Maintain proper food temperatures per ServSafe standards.
• Label, date and rotate all products for safety and sanitation.
• Follow production sheets and keep records as required.
• Provide prompt, friendly service to guests.
