Job summary

Desert Diamond Casinos & Entertainment is seeking a Cook II for Sahuarita, AZ. Under supervision, you will prep foods, cook, store items properly, and maintain clean kitchen areas across Food & Beverage outlets.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Cooks and prepares a variety of foods according to menu and demand.
• Learns and uses proper knife skills and cooking methods.
• Reads and follows standardized recipes for all foods.
• Maintains clean, organized and sanitized work areas.
• Communicates with Room Chef and supervises staff.
• Ensures food storage areas are clean, labeled and dated.
