You will prepare hot and cold items, follow standardized recipes, and maintain a clean prep area while ensuring quality and cost control. The position emphasizes guest service, teamwork, and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Formal culinary training or equivalent experience in a fast‑paced establishment.
• Familiar with broiling, braising, roasting, poaching, sauce prep and carving.
• Ability to operate stoves, broilers, fryers and related small wares.
• Must obtain health and safety certifications as required.
